For your new beginning

Are the two- and three-bedroom prices both from £250?
Yes. £250 is the confirmed starting rate for both sizes. These are starting prices, not a fixed total for every property. We review the actual floor area, condition, number of bathrooms and agreed requirements before quoting.
Are appliance interiors and carpets included?
Oven, fridge and empty cupboard interiors are included only when reviewed and agreed in writing. Carpet or upholstery treatment and specialist work are discussed separately. Your quote lists the inclusions and any extras.
Do the prices assume a set number of bathrooms?
There is no blanket bathroom allowance stated in this guide. Tell us how many bathrooms and toilets need cleaning, and share photographs. We assess them as part of the final quote.
What about furniture, keys and parking?
Tell us whether the property will be empty or furnished, how access and key collection will work, and any parking restrictions or charges. We confirm the cleaning scope and any agreed access or travel costs before booking.

Move-in cleaning is arranged around the incoming resident’s priorities before settling in. End-of-tenancy cleaning prepares a departing tenant’s property for handover. Many tasks overlap, but the checklist, timing and person arranging the service differ.
