We work methodically through the agreed rooms, surfaces and details, helping transform a recently completed space into a clean, polished and welcoming property, beautifully presented for handover to its owner, tenant or end user.

For homes, refurbished properties and suitable commercial premises following building, renovation or decorating work. We agree the cleaning specification around the completed works, surface finishes and handover deadline, with the aim of leaving the space ready for its intended use from a cleaning perspective.
Freshly installed and decorated surfaces need considered handling. Tell us about delicate finishes, manufacturer care instructions and curing times. Paint splashes, adhesive, grout haze, cement and other stubborn residues are assessed individually; removal is included only where agreed and suitable for the surface.
Book once building work has finished, trades have left and rubble, tools and building waste have been removed. The property needs safe access and working water and electricity. If works continue or dust resettles after the visit, we can discuss a separately agreed return clean.
Often called after-builders cleaning, this is the final cleaning stage once works are finished and safe access is available. We help reveal the completed finish by removing settled dust and agreed light residues, ready for the property’s next use.
Share the surface materials, care instructions and any curing times for fresh paint, flooring or sealants. We assess suitable cleaning methods and agree what can be attempted before work begins.
We confirm the rooms, reachable surfaces, kitchen and bathroom areas, floors and any agreed internal glass or residue removal. Building waste, hazardous materials, snagging, repairs and statutory sign-off are not part of an ordinary cleaning specification.
Cleaning works best once trades have finished and building waste has been removed. If further works or resettled dust require another visit, we can discuss a separately quoted return clean.
This service covers agreed cleaning and presentation. Building waste removal, hazardous dust or materials, specialist restoration and high-level external access are assessed separately and are not automatically included. Cleaning does not replace a builder’s snagging inspection or statutory sign-off.
